MGV Heat Pipe Tube Solar Collector-φ70mm

Brief Introduction:

The 70mm metal glass vacuum direct flow tube is fully evacuated. The solar energy passes though the glass and is absorbed by the selective coating on the aluminum absorber, thus it becomes hot. The direct flow pipe is made up of double pipes: inner pipe and outer pipe, and is tightly compressed with the aluminum absorber. The cold heat-transport fluid flows inside through inner pipe and is heated when goes out from the outer pipe, thereafter it is circulated into the water tank where the heat is kept.

Features:

DF70 Metal-Glass Direct Flow Tube has higher efficiency than ordinary heat pipe tube. The absorber makes direct heat exchange with the fluid medium flowing inside, as a result it can have faster heating efficiency, less heat loss and longer service life.

The collector is pressurized, which enables its free-style installation.

Recommended installation angle: 0°～90°.
